  • Beef Panaeng - Gent Nanaeng Neua.

    A Panaeung curry is salty, sweet and redolent of Thai basil and a hint of peanuts enriched with coconut cream

  • Geng Dumii - Sea Bass curry with cucumber

    This thick, oily and highly seasoned curry is from the South of Thailand rich in flavour

  • Roti

    A flat round, bread from the South of Thailand often served with curry for dipping

  • Latiang - Egg Nests

    The base for this dish is minced pork, seasoned with garlic, pepper and coriander

  • Ajat Dtaeng GWA - Cucumber Relish

    A simple, refreshing accompaniment to many Thai currys

  • Ming Kham - Miang of Mango and Prawn

    Spinach leaves stuffed with dressed prawns, mango and coriander

  • Wun Tap Tim - Pomegranate Agar Agar

    Serverd in coconut cream, tapioca mango and granola
